This week we discuss the historic signing of Kim Ng to be the Marlins new GM and look at other women who have broke into the coaching ranks in other men's professional leagues. We discuss why the NHL is so behind in this area when every other major sports league has women in coaching positions and at the executive level. We look at the NHL's new retro jerseys and give our early thoughts on them and look at how we think the NHL could generate more revenue.
